I needed to cancel an extra baggage purchase for a Kulula/Comair/British Airways flight to Harare from Cape Town. After a short period on "hold" I was redirected to Annalise at British Airways Comair who very patiently talked me through the procedure while I was on line. The whole procedure went very smoothly and I received immediate notification of the cancellation of the extra baggage and a refund.
