What a Pathetic Airline. I used your airline to fly to Heathrow on the 6th of January 2013 this year. Let's just say I had one of the worst flights ever with no entertainment system and stared at a backrest for 12 hours. My real complaint today is your lack of interest in customer complaints. On the 7th of January I logged a complaint on your BA website (10620497). I have to date not even received an apology from British Airways. It is like your attitude is 'You either fly with us, or you don't'
Well British Airways I moved my flight to one of your competition airlines this weekend, and will keep all my International flights with them (To date I have 6 planned International Trips and 8 Domestic trips). I will also in future ignore any British Airways flights like you ignore your customers.
Lastly, your website is not user friendly at all - and it appears that you hide any possible contact details.
