Poor Dishonest Service

I had the most unpleasant & uncomfortable flight with BRITISH AIRWAYS in over 20 years of flying! I arrived 2 hours ahead of time to ensure I secured my pre-booked window seat (BA6409 JHB to CT). Firstly it was chaos as BA flights were delayed so I went to the SLOW lounge to wait & amidst all the delayed flight announcements they failed to announce my flight! I get to the boarding gate in the nick of time only to have the steward named Sandile Mbatha, to me, he asked me to occupy a middle seat at
the back of the aircraft because he allocated my seat to someone else. So what was the lie? He informed me that he did it because the seat I had was on the emergency exit when it was not! So I sat between 2 equally large people without room to even raise an arm to take a sip of water! Really, this was the pits!!! I fly twice a month & can tell you that as of today I will think twice before flying with BRITISH AIRWAYS because their staff are dishonest, unhelpful & inconsiderate!!!
