A 4 hour delay for a flight to Port Elizabeth, flying British Airways. It is the only flight from Durban. No other flight so please explain how a flight can be delayed...
Do they not check the aero plane way in advance to ensure that all is on track for departure on time seeing that there is only ONE flight a day.
This is not the first time that I have experienced this. Last year the exact same thing. Then British Airways insult us with stupid vouchers that need the rest of our money to book tickets to fly with them again. No Thank You!!
Perhaps a simple SMS to passengers advising the delay would be a whole lot cheaper than the handing out of vouchers...
