I was due to travel from Vereeniging to Bloemfontein on a 7pm coach. We arrived at the stop 6:45pm when the first coach arrives. I asked the gentleman and he checked my ticket and said the bus I'm due to travel on was on its wait, because it was before 7 we continued to wait. A second bus then drove by where buses stop and a third one (Dreamliner) came at 7, it also didn't so @ 7 I dialed the call centre 0839159000 from my cellphone, I spoke to a lady, Fortunate, who informed me that the bus was in Meyerton and should arrive 7:20, I then continued to wait. 7:28 I called the call centre to ask as Meyerton is not a far distance, I then spoke to Sello who informed me the bus is long gone. I then informed them the lady said I can continue waiting which I did so how t
Did the bus drive by without me noticing. I was then asked where I was and Sello would follow up, Sello then informed me that the bus was reported in Vereeniging 7:20 which was not true, he then called a passenger who boarded at the same spot to get accurate details. The other passenger then reported that the bus was there at 7 rather than the reported time. I am now traveling on my own extra costs.
