I have travelled with British Airways on the last three occasions that I have had to fly domestically for business. The first flight was from Johannesburg to Durban and the flight was delayed going there by an hour.
The next flight was from Johannesburg to Cape Town and that flight was delayed going there and when I returned. When I returned the delay was well over two hours. This occurred just last week in fact on the 22nd November
This week I had to fly to Durban on the 25th November. My flight going there was delayed one more. When I checked in on the 26th to fly back for an urgent meeting with a client I was told that the flight was once again delayed by 25 minutes.
I told them I cannot be late once again as I have an urgent meeting. They ended up changing me to a Kulula flight. Guess what that flight took of f late as well. instead of 08:10 it took off late and I landed back in JHB at 09:35 when it was scheduled to land at 09:10.
What is going on with BA?
