British Airways delivers

I would just like to say a HUGE thank you once again to British Airways for delivering all round fantastic service. I flew to Cape Town, from Port Elizabeth, on Monday 14 October 2013, to visit my mum-in-law on the 09:50 flight. I was greeted by a lady who was more than happy to help me. I had been travelling since 3am and of course i was very tired but the lady at the check in counter honestly made me smile with her friendliness. On board, the attendants were just as friendly and were also willing to do anything, (even though i had no hand luggage.) I flew back to Port Elizabeth from Cape Town on 18 October 2013 on the 11:35 flight. Once again, i was greeted at the counter by a young lady, also full of smiles, who also helped me with more information on the British Airways App i had downloaded on my phone. (No fuss of carrying the paper boarding pass! or the worry of losing it!) On board, everyone was friendly and the light sandwich snack was super fresh as well. I wont forget the pilots, who made sure we all had a safe and stress free flight. This is why i choose British Airways over and over again and is my number one choice for flights! THANK YOU!
