I have approached Vodacom since the beginning of April with regards to wanting to swap ownership of my contract. The blackberry I have asked them to order me in Ballet Pink was made at the beginning of April. I was assured a prompt response.
At the same time, I put in a query to Cell C about ordering a white I-phone... I heard back from Cell C within a day, and on the occasion I could not take their call, they were persistent with getting in touch with me.
It is now the 29th of April, and after visiting the Vodacom stores twice and making 2 phone calls, and leaving my details, I have yet to receive any proactive communication from their side, and my Ballet Pink Blackberry has still not been ordered.
This has been a very frustrating and drawn out process.
