I handed in my Blackberry which had broken at the Fourways Mall Vodacom (the one next to Wimpy).

I did this on the 5th of April 2013.

The last I heard from Vodacom was 18 April saying the phone was in the assessment process.
Today (3 May) I walked in to Vodacom to find out what was going on..
I was told the phone had been there since 18 April but no one had bothered to tell me that.

This is just not good enough.
I am also told that the warranty on the new (it was replaced) phone runs from when I purchased the old one.

So I essentially have a 3 week warranty on this new phone (as my old one was almost a year old). Considering the unreliability of Blackberrys this is ridiculous!!!

Sharpen up Vodacom there are other service providers out there that consumers can choose from.
