I signed up for a new contract for a Blackberry Z10 from Cell C Cavendish on 11 April 2013 and received my White Z10, I had the ph for 4 Days so I noticed the signal kept going away and I had to remove the battery for it to reappear. On Monday 15 April 2013, i took the phone back to Cavendish. I was told they will book it in as an out of box failure and I will receive a new ph. 15 days later I have still received no ph or a call from celc c. I called the store today, was told I came in store to cancel the contract and that its successful, I have never been in store after the 15th nor did I cancel anything! I was then told they have mistaken me for someone else and that the out of box failure was a success but they don't have a white z10 to issue me so i will have to wait till they receive it from blackberry in Johannesburg! I now have to wait for my new phone again!! all the while my prorated free minutes and data that i am paying for april expires tomorrow! i have only used the ph for 4 days!! it is a microsim so i can't insert it into any ph! I demand that cell c carry forward my unused minutes and data OR do not bill me for April! I Will never recommend celc to anyone ever!!
