Have a Vodacom contract with a blackberry 9780. Blackberry must be the worst phone ever made. I've went through more than 30 cell phones and this is the first phone where a key on the phone stops working and you basically cannot use the phone. Its the track pad key that doesn't work. Try using your blackberry without it. You will literally pull your hair out. The phone is still under warranty. I've taken it to Vodacom customer care. I've been told that they will keep the phone and it will take two weeks to repair. This is unacceptable. Two questions I have for Vodacom:
1. What phone do I use in the meantime as it is used for business?
2. How do I get all my contacts details off this phone?
Please stop selling blackberry's if you know its a worthless phone.
