EVERYTHING WRONG!!! NOT THEIR FAULT

I went to the Vodacom 3G Shop in Tygervalley in middle March to upgrade. When got there I had to wait 15 minutes for a consultant to help me. when someone helped me this person made it very clear that I am keeping him from taking his lunch hour. I went from a Blackberry to a Samsung Galaxy with contract which is R300 odd more than the one I use to have. I requested the consultant to change my debit order. At that stage the consultant assured me that everything has been attended to. he did a sim swap and everything only for me to realise the next morning that the sim swap was never activated. I had to go back. was very inconvenient at that point. But I had to have my phone as I work from it. After that was sorted I phoned at the end of March as my debit never went of only to discover that he never changed my debit order date. I had to phone Vodacom for that as well. After that I received a statement from Vodacom stating I was billed for Blackberry Bis [which I by the way am not using at all] for the month of March & April as i never cancelled my subscription. The consultant assured me he had attended to. please vodacom get back to me! this is VERY bad!!!
