BAD service, BAD call centre agents and managers

Where do i start?? Firstly a month ago i called in to enquire about cancelling my contract after 7 years because of incorrectly been billed for itemised billing for a top up contract. I then tell the agent i will call back and he CANCELLED it! sorry i wont bother renewing now! Then they close every store in PE and i need a new sim card because i was robbed in my home, I can only buy it from Shoprite/ Checkers. 9 different stores! they dont stock it my only alternative is to order one telephonically and have unwanted costs because YOU Virgin Mobile decided in all your wisdom to close all stores in PE. I call the call centre and Myles decided to tell me he cant do anything for me! a paying customer!!! Few days later the only place i could find a sim card is at Edgars and called the call centre to sadly get through to Myles again, who needs to go back to training or get fired. So i speak to his supervisor/Team Leader, Mbali (i think), who promised me a call back today at 9AM. Its now after 4PM still no call.

I hope Richard Branson sees the Tweet and this HP message because his SA staff is letting down his name and all he has worked for.
