Vodacom logged my pay as you go data contract as an open contract. and no one seems to know how to change the system. now with the legal dept. through there incompetence.costing me time, this is absolutely ridiculous, I have had to get a new phone, to receive emails internet etc. with that, they either want me to settle the amount of R 5500 app, or continue the account.. are they out of their minds. it is there messed up system that started this...
