VODACOM PRE-LEAGAL DEPARTMENT PATHETIC

It is with disgrace I lodge a complaint about Vodacom pre-legal dept. I am black listed through Vodacom, but my account was deleted from their system on the 6th of September 2012. Not once Vodacom phoned or contacted me concerning my account. I spoke to a Busisiwe (2 Jan) at the legal dept and she said that my debit orders rejected. I confirmed with FNB bank that no debit orders was ever atemted on my account. I faxed all bankstatements to the legal dept as proof that nothing was ever deducted from my bank account. I spoke to Howard (9 Jan) and Sebonga (10 Jan) and on 15 Jan I phoned again without satisfaction. The Manager Misheck was suppose to contact me back and I am still waiting. I want all transactions to be removed from my account as for the 3G card was never used once, all legal fees must be removed as well and the account must be deleted permanently from Vodacom system, cause no one can assist me in the legal dept. It cost me thousands of Rands in loss because no statements could be mailed out to Companies. Vodacom.
