ANOTHER TERRIBLE ACCOUNT FROM VODACOM

This is at least the 3rd time I have complained about VODACOM. It is also the 2nd time I have received a dreadful bill from them. I am totally tired of this company! VODACOM should take some tips from MTN when it comes to displaying the "data usage" on your client's PC. Twice now we have overstepped our data usage because we CANNOT UNDERSTAND how much data we have actually used!

MTN on the other hand uses a very simplistic bar which indicates in both BLUE (on the leftside) the amount of data left - and on the right side in RED how much data has been used. It gives a % too.

I cannot wait for this awful contract to end so that I can wipe my hands off VODACOM once and for all. Your system, your charges for data over-usage is daylight, and your speed stinks!

I will be topping up my MTN data contract as soon as I can afford to... after paying my latest exhorbitant VODACOM bill. And VODACOM will be going out my window... as soon as my contract expires.
