I have a mygig2 contract, which is supposed to give me 2 gig of data usage per month, but when I view my statement it says that I have 1.5 gig of usage and 1.5 which I can use after midnight.
When I took out this contract, I was not informed about this.
I have contacted Vodacom but they cannot give me an answer on this.
To my knowledge, Vodacom has been me of data and money, as a normal person I would never have purchased a contract if I knew that I had to wake up ridiculous hours of the morning to use my internet.
I have been battling for a long time to view statements (which at times I paying a lot of money for my data) online, but could never open the documents Vodacom sends me. I have reported the problem on many occasions.
I only found out about the data when I registered for 'my vodacom' online.
I had to wake up ridiculous time to send this as my 'normal data' has been used up and I could only use my 'nightowl' data.
So can anyone please explain to me?
