Vodacom wrongful billing now our problem

I took out 2 contracts by my local vodacom shop, nrs 0763034984 (open contract) and 0763001926 (top contract). Vodacom messed up on the first debit and I missed it for R116, i was penalised for this which was THEIR mistake. Then a few days after I got the Lumia I got a bill for data used for over R5000..IMPOSSIBLE since my data was turned off through the nights that they say the billing happened. I enquired about this and then they made a goodwill offer of R3980. This amount was never credited to my account since they tried to debit my bank account with R6, 276-91 on 1st June 2013. Where is this credit they granted? I am still disputing this whole account since even the R700 they are trying to make me pay for data that wasn't used is still my problem and even when I complained by their Client Liaison Officer I got no where. This enormous account is my problem and Vodacom is just pulling their shoulders up and still tried to debit my account with that wrongful amount. I want this account erased and the contract cancelled as I will never ever take out another contract out with such again. There is more detail, but no more space. Can Hello Peter please help me?
