Incorrect billing

Cell C has been billing me for a contract that I don't know. I lodged a complaint with Head Office department. They investigated and a certain Mr Mike called me and confirmed that indeed I don't have a second contract with them instead the Cell C in Rustenburg (Waterfall Mall) made a mistake of duplicating my account.
