Incompetence again

I am so tired of Vodacom's incompetence costing me money every time. The first incident was when a sales assistant loaded a mygig bundle onto the incorrect number. I used my data and got billed on normal tariff's. After discovering this I called them to fix it and credit me the money and was told this would happen.

Nothing ever did, so I had to pay the additional amount for incompetence and no attempt was made to compensate me for this situation. I then went to cancel a contract with Vodacom at the Cresta branch and was told to pay a premature cancellation fee of R2479.98 which I did. No Vodacom is hounding me to pay another R579.00 for a balance on this contract???

I was never told that this would happen and when you go to settle a contract in full you expect to not get billed there after. I will not pay for the amount as this contract has been closed and I have confirmation of this with me. If my phone gets cut off I will take this to the CPA.

I will not renew a contract with Vodacome again which is a pity considering that I have been with the for 10 years plus.
