I have a cellphone contract with Vodacom which started in February 2013 for an iphone 5. I signed a contract within which i indicated (by signature) that i want cellphone insurance. My phone was in September and i notified Vodacom of the misfortune. When they logged the agreed contractual data into the system, it was found that the person capturing my contractual data forgot to indicate that i have signed to get insurance cover. Now i tried to no avail to speak to the manager at the shop so he could investigate why a signed contract would differ to the data in their system. He told me to off" and that he will never help me and that i should never call or visit the shop again. I am now stil paying for a phone i am not using even though i gave consent for insurance cover!!
