I was experiencing problems with my fairly new blackberry bold 9900, as told i took my phone to Vodacom repairs Cresta mall as i heard that they give the best services concerning repairs and replacement. my phone is under two years and therefore still under warranty yet they do not want to fix or repair my phone they accusing me of the damage and have given me a price for my phones repairs. which is totally unacceptable. then when we get there the lady that helped us does not greet smile or even informs us about the procedures nor does she inform us about the reason we required to sign a few documents.
