MID LAST YEAR I BOUGHT A BLACKBERRY 9300, END OF NOVEMBER IT STARTED GIVING ME PROBLEMS WITH A TRACK BALL, I THEN TOOK IT TO VODACOM AT JABULANI MALL, THEY TOOK THE PHONE FOR REPAIRS FOR ALMOST A MONTH, NOBODY CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME THAT MY PHONE WAS BACK FROM REPAIRS. THEY THEN GAVE ME A REFURBISHED PHONE AND THE CONSULTANT AT JABULANI MALL TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN ONLY GIVE ME A NEW PHONE AFTER IT GIVES ME PROBLEMS THREE TIMES, NOW THE PHONE IS GIVING ME THE SAME PROBLEMS AGAIN, I TRIED TO TAKE IT TO VODACOM AT THE GLEN SHOPPING CENTRE I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE A FRANCHISE AND DON'T TAKE PHONES FOR REPAIRS. SECONDLY I KNOW OF AT LEAST FIVE PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PHONE AND HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM . NOW I AM SEATING WITH A PHONE THAT DOES NOT WORK, WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THIS PHONE, THE PROBLEM HERE IS THAT VODACOM WANTS ME TO SEAT WITH THIER PROBLEM UNTIL THE WARRANTY OF THE PHONE EXPIRES. WHAT I ASLO FIND DISTURBING IS THE FACT THAT THE CONSULTANTS AT VODACOM HAVE ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS PARTICULAR MODEL HAS A PROBLEM BUT VODACOM IS NOT WILLING TO SORT IT OUT INSTEAD IT BECOMES THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BLACKBERRY NOR WILL I EVER DEAL WITH VODACOM AGAIN
