My Blackberry 9900 just decided to pack up, so I took it to Vodacom and the first thing they tell me it is water damage. My phone has never seen water and i demanded to speak to the manager. after speaking to him, he opened the phone personally and told me there is no sign of water damage and they sent it to the Advance Repair Center. Ive had my blackberry for not even a year. They replaced my phone with a REFURBISHED one. Im not happy with this as why must I recieve somone elses refurbished phone when my blackberry is under warranty, ive Been a loyal CONTRACT customer for over 10 years and this is how i get treated.
I expected alot more from Vodacom.
