Sometime this year I experienced problems with my cellphone (White Blackberry 9900 Bold IMEI No:351504051264055) & returned same to your store for repairs. A few weeks later I received a refurbished cellphone (Black BlackBerry IMEI No:35150305612553). This refurbished phone which I received was also faulty as it kept losing signal. I once again returned the cellphone to Tiekam's Cellular in May 2013. On 14 June 2013 I received another refurbished cellphone (Black Blackberry IMEI No:351503054234875) as a replacement for my original phone. This cellphone has been faulty since the day I received it as it was switching on and off on its own. As I did not have another cell to use should I send this phone in for repairs I opted not to send it in again as it clearly was not a priority of Vodacom to attend to my problem.
I REQUESTED THAT THE PHONE BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE because the original phone sent to the repair center was still under warranty, but they are saying that they cant do that because the last phones sent to them were all out of warranty. they were! because it was their junk that they sent to us. IT HAS BEEN 2MONTHS SINCE THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CONTACT ME, still waiting
