My Blackberry 9900 Bold was handed in for repairs for the 3rd time in 1 year at Cresta. I recieved a refurbished one back after 8 days. This new refurbished phone did not work properly for 48 hrs after which it started to turn itself off compltely. Vodacom now expects me to again book the phone in for repairs and again wait for a new one. This is unacceptable, they should replace with another the same way as they treat new phone and replace within 7 days.
