Worst service delivery

On 5 Jan my cellphone was
I called the customer care # and got my simcard stopped and my device black listed.
on 5 Jan I went to the police station to open a case and took it to the Centurion branch of Cell C to complete the incident form, and they advised that they will submit this to C-Cover.
I rang on Tuesday the 8th to Ccover to see if the forms were received- no mam no record of an incident form on your file.
After trying to get hold of the staff member who helped me in the Centurion branch and later his manager (who apparently took the form) I found out on Wednesday the 9th, that Incident form was not yet submitted to Ccover, as there was something else they did not collect form me the first time... Since my phone was they did not know how to get hold of me, and they did not bother to ring the alternative contact on my account. or the # I wrote on the incident form.

Friday the 11th I took in the info that was 'missing', the manager again promised that he submit the forms immediately. Tuesday I rang ccover- still no incident form on file. I then finally realized that I should just do this myself, email copies of these docs to Ccover. On 18th they confirm receipt
