On the 02-01-13 I did an upgrade on my contract. On the 06-01-13 I took the phone back to store where it was upgraded and explained to them that when I take photos I cannot view the pictures on my PC. The phone was booked in as an OBF and it would take 7 working days. On the 17th January 2013, I was called by the store to pick up another new phone. On the 18th of January I was browsing through the internet and the phone was using up data. This should have not been the case as browsing was free. I contacted Cell C and spoke to all different consultants explaining my situation and finally was put thru the technical dept and spoke to Adhish on numerous days and several hours trying to sort this problem but with no luck. On the 23-01-13 I then took the phone back to the store and it was booked in as an OBF again. I was told to wait another 7 working days. To date I have not received a call from the store & have not been credited with the data but Cell C is quick in taking my money.
I'm annoyed, frustrated and really angry with Cell C and extremely frustrated with the current level of service. This is the worst service I have ever received.
