Very Incompetent and Poor Customer Service

So i had to take my phone in for repairs since everything just froze on the phone and i couldnt do a thing on the phone. the consultant (jason) said he cant say what the nature of the problem is and the phone will have to go the the technicians. i was due for an updgrade as well and decided to do so at the same time since i didnt have a phone. after 7 days i discovered the camera of the upgrade is not working. informing him the response was theres nothing they can do as this phone will also have to go for repairs (which it still didnt go for), i get an sms to say tht mtn is charging me R1950 for the phone of which i didnt understand and nothing was said the day i took the phone for repairs. i asked him to investigate the matter of which the response was he will do so the following day since the technical department works till 5. after 2 calls and a sms i sent to him, the response was "sorry off today, will check tomorrow" where does that leave me. and am i now paying for a phone of which i didnt even get to use properly and i dont even have the phone a month. wheres is your customer service going to and why do you sell damaged goods?
