My cell phone is on contract on my husbands name. From the 1st day that i got my upgrade of my blackberry 9300 i have had endless problems. Phone didnt work from day 1, the tracking pad didnt work properly. phone had to go in for repairs. They replaced it with a refurbished phone which meant a new bb pin so had to re invite all my contacts on again. This has carried on since i upgraded in March 2011. My phone is in for repairs yet again. This is the 10th time now. Its getting very imbarrasing now as i have to delete contacts and reinvite again with a new bb pin.
I got am sms from the repair centre last night to say that the quote is R1500 to repair my phone as they have no proof of purchase. I phoned this morning to say that the phone is on contract under my husbands name and i have never had to supply any proof of anything everytime my phones gone in for repairs.
I am just tired of sitting without a phone that i am paying for everymonth. The service i get from MTN in the pavillion in Durban is disgusting aswell.
