IM HIGHLY DISAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED, I TOOK MY BLACK BERRY PHONE FOR REPAIRS AS IT HAD SPEAKER AND FREEZING PROBLEM, THE MAN AT THE CARLTON BRANCH THEREFORE ADVISED THAT IT NEEDED UPGRADING, HE UPGRADED THE PHONE WHICH TOOK ABOUT 30MINUTES AND THE PHONE PHONE DIDNT SWITCH ON AFTER THAT. HE THEREFORE TOLD ME THAT MY PHONE HAS TO GO FOR REPAIRS BECAUSE THE UPGRADE DIDNT WORK, AFTER 3WEEKS I RECEIVE AN SMS STATING I SHOULD COLLECT MY PHONE AND TO MY SUPRISE THE PHONE IS NOT REPAIRS AS THEY CLIAM THAT I REJECTED THE QOUTE WHICH I DIDNT RECEIVE AND I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I WOULD REJECT A QOUTE IF MY PHONE NEEDS TO BE FIXED. THEY THEN TOLD ME THE QOUTE THAT IT WOULD COST ME R1200 AND ODD RANDS INCLUDING THE SCREEN NOT DISPLAYING, THEY CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING IM NOT AWARE OF AS WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE THE SCREEN WAS DISPLAYING, THE PHONE ONLY HAD FREEZING AND SPEAKER PROBLEMS. THIS TIME I SPOKE TO THE LADY AT THE SHOP AND SHE SAID THE PHONE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE UPGRADED AS THATS THE REASON WHY IT IS CORRUPT. SHE COULDNT ASSIST ME FUTHER WITH ME BEING QOUTED AGAIN AS IT WAS NASHUAS FAULT THAT THE SCREEN IS NOT DISPLAYING, ITS SO ANNOYING AS THEY MADE A MESS ND I HAVE TO PAY
