I went to Cellucity Cavendish in April 2012 and upgraded to a 9360 curve from an 8520 curve. I didnt even have my phone for 2 wks and took it back for repairs due to red line in the centre of my phone. I was told they have 7day return policy and a refurbished phone was given. Why not a new phone?
On 31st October 2012 I had to take my phone in for repairs again as I could only see top half of screen/dispplay faultyJob no:8296258.
I waited almost 3 wks and I had to call them. I eventually got my phone back in December, I had to pay R702.49
I didnt even have my phone back and had to use my old phone as there was fault with speaker after repairs. I had to return it for repairs again 27 December 2012 as people calling me could not hear me.-Job no-8455655.
I had to call them this wk & they said my phone has liquid damage. I couldnt even use my phone when I got it back from repairs due to speaker. I used my old phone..It has been sent away for 2nd opinion- 8482478.
I refuse to pay and they should replace my phone with a new phone not refurbished. Beware people of sending your phone for repairs as vodacom is quick to blame you and not there technicians for repairs done when returned
