Please refer to my previous complaint!!! After you missed 3 deadlines to give my phone back my phone is still not repaired. Your excuse for this was that you have to do a check to see if the phone is fixed, you diddnt check anything! My phone went in for repairs because it was restarting the whole time!!! After a agonizing wait of 4 weeks and 3 days my phone is still not fixed. According to Cell C the phone was "repaired" but the people at the repair center clearly didn't do their job!!! My phone is still having the same problems as it had before it went in. I cant see why I have to BEG you to do your job!!! This phone is now around about 2 months old and it is giving me an enormous amount of trouble!!! I cant see why I have to send the phone in for repairs again, because of you not doing your job! I am not going to struggle with that piece of JUNK you guys call a lone phone!!! I want a solution that would suite my needs as a customer because you didnt do your job!!! After we spoke the last time you never got back to me and you also didnt refund my airtime/data/sms's as you promised you would do!!! Isnt there any person at Cell C that can keep their promises?
