Morning. For many many years I have used TWT in Geln Marais, Edenvale and Bruma as my tyre source. So I went to Gen Marais on the 6th Jan '24 to do tyre rotation and wheel alignment. With the 'customer service' there was no problem to be found, however when I left the premises my vehicle was pulling to the left and the steering wheel was not the same as before. And this vehicle was test driven by the alignment tech... So, I drove the vehicle over the weekend and then phoned on Monday to inform them about the issue and said I will bring it back during the course of the week. I took it back this morning. Took the 'same' tech with me in the car and show him what is happening. Back in the shop, on the ramp, it seemed that he could not find the correct model at all!!! After trying here and there he said I must get in the car and hold the steering straight they are going to ""try"" something. On my Car??? I told him there and then to take off the equipment as it was clear to me they do not know what's going on. I went to Victor and explained my dismay in no uncertain terms. Trusted for years and now they cannot do a proper job that will ultimately result in my loss. Very sad day for me as I just cannot trust TWT and tyre anymore and will take it now to the dealer to rectify. Just unbelievable!!!
