Last year my phone was taken in for 8 weeks for repairs and when I got it back it was a refurbished phone (someone else's phone) the phone didnt even work for a week and it was worse than my phone. I was told they don't give loan phones to customer only the second time I got a loan phone from a different cosultant which was strange for me cause I was told I couldnt get it the first time. I realised that I hadnt received a msg saying my phone was in for repairs so I called to check when will I get my phone, the guy that help me was unhelpful he was asking for a ref no which i told him I did not have he said he couldnt help me without the no had to tell him that I have a copy you should also be able to pick it up only then he looked and told me that my phone will in on Friday and he would call me, came Friday the guy didnt call me till today but he said he is sure that my phone will be back. I still have not received a call from Cell C nor a msg as to when will my phone be ready.
