Hi The 12/11/2023 I returned a tool that broke then the lady at the counter told me that they gonna send it in to the company for credit and with in 14days they will phone me to come in but I've been whatting for 17 working days now already and everytime I phone them they take my order number and phone number and then say they gonna phone me back then they don't do so I've been phoning for days now and no one have and answer for me.
