I have a contract with Altech Autopage and recently upgraded my phone, i tried to used a another sim on the old phone and it didnt work, when contacting altech autopage, they told me that the phone had been blacklisted and reported, which i didnt do. i still have the handset, and the people in customer service told me to send the phone for repairs! how is that going to help when the phone is blacklisted! they were totally useless in helping me and didnt understand the nature of the complaint, also the IMEI number on my phone and the IMEI number that was blocked are totally different. I need help ASAP.
