On the 31st january i took my phone in for repairs and now today (1st march) my phone came back the way it was and it was not repaired. My phone is still under warranty. The lady who created the cellular repairs job card told me now that the repair people at nashua didnt fix my phone because they didnt got a ansher from me when they tried to phone me. So how can the use that as an excuse? i took my phone in cause it had a problem and they didnt loan me a phone so how can they call me on my number when they know that i dont have a phone anymore and at that time when i took my phone in i didnt have any spare phone which i could have use my sim in. Im very unhappy about the service i have recieved from them and now i will have to wait a whole month again and be without a phone.
