The driver of vehicle reg FL78WGP picked up my daughter at Orlando at 07.30 in the morning to Joburg station to catch a 08.30 bus to Durban but the driver arrived at JHB station at +- 08.40 and my daughter told me that the driver had to stop at filling station to fill up fuel and when was advise to take a shortest way he refused now the bus left.
the bus left at 08.30 and now my daughter must wait for 11.00 bus and I had to pay extra cash for 11.00 bus... please im not happy at all because what is the purpose of calling Uber if I will arrive late to my destiny what is a point
