Vodocam Menlyn Rapairs

I took my phone in for repairs as my middle scroller button was not working! it took 15 days for it to be repared, Once i got it back it had ANOTHE problem, BUT only now, the phone kept on saying INSERT SIM CARD! i thought okay this is not that bad i will take it it again... Well i took it in for a second time in ONE month, i thought its now again the 4th day for my secodn phone to be in for repairs. I took a chance by calling the Menlyn Repair shop, the lady (reception) that answered the phone said my phone has been delivered yesturday already, i asked her but why didnt you let me know? and her response was, the SMS system is not working, i said well how are we supose to know our phones is there? she just put the phone down in my ear. I got to Menlyn, and Sizwe helped me, i gave him my job card, and he said my PHONE is NOT even there, i said but i have called to check and the lady said that my phone has been there from yesturday already. I dont know who answerd the phone its bewtween Kabelo, Maputi, Patricia, and Ria, But they have let me DRIVE all the way to MENLYN - i had to pay for petrol, and my parking card! this is unacpetbale, i want vodacom to GIVE me a CALL URGENTLY!!!
