Contacted spca for help. They advised they are busy. After Old years eve cat got out of window and is stuck on neighbors roof for 3 days. Today still on the 4 Jan 2024 cat stuck. Spca came and forgot cat trap. They where fetching it but never came back. Tomorrow will be day 5 what help is this?
