No service at Vodacom

Recently Vodacom deleted my account from the network because my account was in arrears. I went to the Vodacom shop and paid up all the arrears. They told me 4 days and the phone will be on. after 4 days nothing happened and I went back. They told me my account is still in arrears??? Very strange!! so I paid again. 4 days went past again and nothing. I went back and then only they told me I need a reactivation and new sim card. So I did that and then they said 4 days again. Nothing happened. I phoned Vodacom contracts department and they told me they received the reactivation forms and it will take 14 days. 12 days went past and today I phoned them again and they said they haven't received any reactivation forms and its been 12 days already. The received it and now they didn't!! Very strange!! I went to the Vodacom shop and asked what's going on. They told me they cannot find my forms anywhere. after 30min they guy came back and he found my forms that wasn't sent away for reactivation. He promised me this time that it will take 24hours then my phone will be on. I hope this time it will be sorted. After this contract I will never use Vodacom again.
