Illegal Content Charges

I was billed for a "Content Charge" on my March statement for R624, 56. Phoned them and told them to reverse it and MTN said they cant and I have to request it from the company i.e. Opera Telecom, that is the company I supposedly subscribed to. I never accepted a subscription with this company. I'm still waiting for a response.

Then I get my April statement and it still shows another "Content Charge" for R414, 90. This is not acceptable and I demand that MTN refund me directly as MTN are my service provider and MTN is billing me for that money.
