I'm subscribed with MTN and being billed illegally for so-called content charges by Wurup for the months of April (R 104.38), May (R171.92) June (R 171.92) Excl VAT by a company called Wurup busy helping themselves with my money.
I spoke to MTN and was sent to yet another company called Opera Telecoms who cancelled the subscription and referred me to these criminals! I'm told I was subscribed to their on line SPRINT MEDIA, which is a BIG lie! They've deducted money from my account and I did not subscribed to any such services in the first place. I dont even have a clue as to who they are!?! Went to their "support" website, makes no provision for the "support" they claim. I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY MTN ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY
