My Data account has been signed up to an Opera Telecom content charge since February 2012.

I have contacted Opera Telecom on 011 218 5611. They have no record of my cell number being subscribed.

I would like proof of the double opt in/out subscription from MTN.

I would like to apply for a refund of the charges.
