Content charges

I entered into a Data contract with MTN on 22/2/2013. My invoices showed content charges as from March 2013. Unfortunately I only report this to MTN (808) on 28 June 2013, reference no 101570302. The monthly content charges continued and I emailed MTN (webmastermtnsp) on 26 July 2013 (Re: account problem #6860039) and they replied on 29 July stating that "content charges has been cancelled already and will not be charged for it going forward". September 2013 invoice still show content charges. I receive another reference no (104559443) from our local Thabazimbi MTN store who phoned 808 on my behalf. 4 October 2013 after another query "customercare" replied that they send my complaint to the content provider (ref no 104761449). How come that after "content charges have been cancelled (29 July) I were still subscribed to "other" content providers.
Please note that for the last 3 months I did not even use the modem at all for fear of content charges. Could MTN please sort it out and refund me the R1051.97 already paid for content charges
