I have an MTN data contract and since April, I have been charged everyday for content charges which amounted to R700 in total and this month i was charged another R800 for content charges. I HAVE NOT SUBSCIBED TO OPERA TELECOM and when i reported the matter to MTN they sent out request to smartcall to cancel the subsciptions. I was able to contact them via telephone and they say they have cancelled the subscriotion
Can you furnish me with the deatails of when and where that i had subscribed for it, CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND me of all the deductions you've made.
