Content charge, beware!

Received my MTN account and noted billing amount for 'content charge'. Notified MTN that the phone was off and that I was out of the country. MTN claimed the amount was for a subscription made early December through Opera Telecoms. Opera Telecoms stated the subscription came from Kulaville. A substantial amount was chrged for video and content. I made it very clear to MTN that the phone was off, can be confirmed due to the lack of any transactions for number of months. The phone was locked away wile out of the country. The subscription was a entry and that MTN should investigate and refund me. A month later I'm still waiting for any feedback. It appears MTN authorise any transaction offered to them and settle this without valid authorisation. To add to insult the phone used on this number was a Nokia 3310, not possible to make a mistake with 'maybe you accidental subscribed...'
