We fell behind with our account. We rectified this as soon as we found employment. After payment on 16/3/13, we called 8ta requesting re-activation. We were told by call center staff it takes 7 days. 9 days later still no connection. I phoned again and was told payment does not show up on system. We phoned again a few days later and was told the payment is now showing and it will take 48 hours to re-activate. On 9 April 2013, I received a sms stating to pay R398.00 before activation. I phoned the next day to find out why we owe 2 months and was told by Grace it was correct. It's due to another payment that did not go through. She req a fax after payment to 0880123113872 and a phone call as it will show on the system and we will be connected after 24 - 48hrs. On Sat 13/4/13 I pd R398 and faxed the proof at 12.27 on 13/4. I was told by call center that she will pass a message to Grace and will receive a call back. Tues 16/4 no call, no connection. I phoned today and was told it takes 72hrs. Every time I call, I get a different story. I have spent more than R200 airtime phoning incompetent staff. I would like a speedy resolution to my account problem please.
