I am getting billed on account No: A1735554 for Content Charge.
I am not getting through to your headoffice as I am getting asked a pin (which I did not set up!) and when I press 0 to be transferred to a consultant I get cut off... I want this content charge to be stopped!
This is ridiculous that I get charged because some stupid silly company says I subscribed. Please let me know who this company is who is billing me... my simcard was not even in a phone for months!
